You agree to use CreateMyShorts only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively
Generate content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content. CreateMyShorts provides creative tools and suggestions, but you must ensure your final content complies with:

YouTube's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
Copyright laws and fair use principles
Platform-specific content policies (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Any applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create using CreateMyShorts. We do not claim ownership of your generated scripts, images, or videos.

Service Content

The CreateMyShorts platform, including its design, features, code, and database of topics, remains the intellectual property of CreateMyShorts. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our source code
Reproduce our website design or user interface
Scrape or download our topic database
Create derivative works based on our service

Generated Content

AI-generated content (scripts, prompts, instructions) is provided for your use. However, we recommend:

Reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use
Ensuring generated content doesn't infringe on existing copyrights
Adding your own creative input to make content unique

5. Third-Party Services

CreateMyShorts integrates with and recommends external services:

ElevenLabs - AI voice narration
Gemini - AI image generation
Grok - AI video animation
PxBee - Image format conversion
CapCut - Video editing

These are independent services with their own terms and conditions. CreateMyShorts is not responsible for their performance, pricing, or policies.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties

CreateMyShorts is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Accuracy or reliability of generated content
That generated content will result in viral or successful videos
Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Limitation of Liability

CreateMyShorts and its operators shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Content strikes, copyright claims, or platform violations resulting from your use of generated content
Issues arising from third-party services we recommend

Maximum liability is limited to $10 USD.
